Dismantling Geneva Steel


Admittedly, the Geneva Steel Mills in Utah County were not as ancient as the Parthenon of Athens or the Roman coliseum. But the plant took up more space and certainly seemed a permanent neighbor. Chris Dunker's photographic study of the Geneva Steel Works offers a unique and intriguing view of the last phase of the life of this massive production facility located west of Orem across the interstate in Vineyard, Utah.
